What’s your dream retreat like?
I'm hosting a retreat this Fall and I'd love for you to join us.
I've held this dream to lead a retreat for 12 years.
I've attended retreats as a participant and in my last job, I helped host retreats in Mexico for hundreds of women.
Both as a retreat participant and staffer, in the back of my head [and heart], I wondered what my future retreat would be like - what beautiful location I'd want to share with my guests, and what growth they'd experience together.
In December, while on vacation at one of my favorite places on earth, I received the crystal clear message that it had to be here, at a hot springs resort in New Mexico.
The moment I had this realization, I was sitting by myself at breakfast, looking out the window at the desert grass...
Watching guests walking slowly towards the hot pools in their cozy robes, peaceful smiles on their faces.
Light Spanish guitar was playing on the speakers and the smell of fresh coffee brewing danced through the air.
The contrast between the warm, earthy, not-quite-orange adobe buildings lined with luminarias and the bright blue sky was soul-soothing.

High achieving and people pleasing women get so much healing from this rare medicine of leaving their daily lives to...
soak in spring-fed thermal hot springs
savor fresh food from local farms
commune with nature in the magical high desert, and
connect in person with other like-hearted women.
And perhaps more than all of that, prioritize what they need and want.
