Maybe you're feeling stuck. Maybe you've lost sight of what you want. Or maybe you simply know something needs to change, even if you can't quite name what it is yet.

This isn’t a personal failure.

More often, it's a sign that you've spent so much time pouring into everyone and everything around you that you've had little space to tend to yourself.

Your needs matter.
Your voice matters.
Your joy matters, too.

When we have the right growing conditions, something shifts.

Clarity returns. Energy steadies. Decisions become easier. Life begins to feel more authentic, more sustainable, and more like our own again.

That's what coaching offers: a dedicated space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and build your self-trust to create the life that's calling you.

You don't have to figure it out alone. In fact, it's so much easier when you don't.

Have you been carrying a lot on your own?

You're the one people turn to for support, advice, and encouragement. You care deeply about your work, your relationships, and making a meaningful contribution. And somewhere along the way, it became easier to care for everyone else than to ask for that same care yourself.

When was the last time someone held that kind of space for you?

Imagine what becomes possible when you begin trusting that what you want matters.

Imagine…

  • Tending to your own needs without feeling guilty or like everything else will fall apart.

  • Setting boundaries that allow you to care deeply for others without losing yourself in the process.

  • Rediscovering what brings you joy and building a life with more room for it.

  • Trusting yourself to make decisions that reflect what matters most to you instead of what others expect of you.

  • Showing up to difficult conversations with greater calm, confidence, and self-trust.

  • Replacing the relentless cycle of doing, striving, and proving with a way of living and leading that feels authentic, sustainable, and joyful.

  • Feeling excited about your future because you're creating a life that feels like your own.

  • Asking for and receiving the same level of care, support, and encouragement that you so freely offer others.

  • Believing that you don't have to wait for the "right time" to invest in yourself.

You don't have to figure out the next step alone. Whether you're looking for dedicated one-on-one support or the wisdom of a thoughtfully facilitated group, there's a place for you here.

What would most support you?

  • 1:1 Coaching

A dedicated space that's entirely yours.

Coaching creates space for you to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make meaningful changes that feel authentic to who you are.

You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. Sometimes the first step is simply creating enough space to hear yourself again.

Whether you're navigating burnout, a career transition, relationships, leadership challenges, or simply sensing that life could feel more like your own, we'll explore what matters most and strengthen your self-trust so you can begin making choices that reflect who you are and the life you want to create.

For many of my clients, it's one of the few places in their lives where they don't have to have all the answers, perform, prove yourself, or hold everything together. You get to bring the questions, the uncertainty, and the parts of yourself that rarely have room elsewhere.

For clients who want deeper insight into how they're showing up, I also offer the Leadership Circle Profile®, a powerful 360-degree assessment that helps you understand how others experience your leadership and where you have the greatest opportunity for growth.

Looking for a deeper reset? My private coaching retreats combine reflection, coaching, and time away from the demands of everyday life so you can reconnect with yourself in a more spacious way. Sometimes stepping away from your everyday environment is exactly what makes it possible to hear yourself again.

  • Group Coaching

Grow alongside thoughtful women who are learning to receive as much as they give.

Growth doesn't have to happen alone.

My group coaching experiences bring together thoughtful women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, learn from one another, and practice showing up with greater courage, authenticity, and trust.

Many of the women I work with are naturally the helpers, caregivers, and encouragers. They're used to listening, supporting, and holding space for everyone else. That's why I intentionally design these groups so that giving and receiving are balanced. Everyone has something to offer, and everyone deserves to be supported. Many women tell me it's one of the few places where they don't feel responsible for holding everything together.

Whether you're drawn to Courage Quest or a Women's Circle, you'll find a welcoming community where you're invited to be both a teacher and a learner, a giver and a receiver. You'll discover what becomes possible when you trust others enough to support you, too.

Real change rarely happens because we try harder.

Growth doesn't come from pushing ourselves harder. It comes from creating the right conditions for it to take root. One of the most important of those conditions is extending the same compassion to ourselves that we so freely offer others.

Coaching creates that kind of space. Together, we'll slow down, hear your own wisdom more clearly, and begin making choices that reflect who you are and what matters most.

For some clients, our work also includes the Leadership Circle Profile®, a powerful 360-degree assessment that helps you understand how others experience you. Instead of relying on assumptions alone, you'll gain meaningful feedback about your strengths, leadership patterns, and areas that may be outside your awareness. That awareness often creates the conditions for deeper growth, stronger relationships, and more intentional choices to take root.

And as those shifts begin to happen, life often starts moving differently. What once felt heavy becomes lighter. What once felt stuck begins to move. You find yourself creating a life that feels more authentic, joyful, and aligned with who you are.

After our first session, I knew this was going to be a life changing journey.

Right up front, Stacy is honest about what our journey may look like. It gave me a sense of ‘Team Us’.

Stacy is someone I can trust, share my thoughts without judgement, explore my hurdles with respect and compassion, and who facilitates a path of moving forward.

Best of all, Stacy brings real positivity to the table and gentle guidance with lots of helpful resources for success.

I am on a better path, moving forward, feeling more and more centered and true to myself, and continually discovering where my future may lead me. Thank you, Stacy!!
