Leadership Circle Profile® Coaching

Stop guessing how others experience your leadership

The most effective leaders don't just understand their organizations. They understand themselves.

Most leaders spend a surprising amount of time wondering...

  • Am I communicating clearly?

  • Do people actually trust me?

  • Am I empowering others or unintentionally creating dependence on me?

  • How can I show up with more authenticity under pressure?

  • Why do certain leadership challenges keep repeating themselves?

We can't change what we don't yet see or understand.

Meaningful and lasting growth requires an honest exploration of both our strengths and the patterns that may be outside our awareness.

No matter how self-aware we are, there will always be a gap between how we intend to lead and how others actually experience us.

That's where the Leadership Circle Profile® comes in.

What Is the Leadership Circle Profile?

The Leadership Circle Profile is a powerful 360-degree leadership assessment that combines feedback from you, your manager, peers, direct reports, and other key stakeholders to provide a comprehensive picture of your leadership effectiveness.

Unlike many assessments that focus only on strengths or personality traits, the Leadership Circle Profile measures two key dimensions of leadership:

Creative Competencies

These are the leadership behaviors most strongly associated with effectiveness and are often the qualities others can most easily see. They include:

  • Building strong relationships

  • Leading with authenticity and integrity

  • Thinking strategically

  • Developing others

  • Achieving results

  • Leading with purpose and vision

Reactive Tendencies

These are the protective patterns many of us fall into when we're stressed, overwhelmed, uncertain, or trying to prove ourselves. Like a root system beneath the surface, these assumptions, fears, and habits often operate outside our awareness while influencing everything that grows above them.

The Leadership Circle Profile helps leaders understand both. Because when we tend to what's beneath the surface, we change what's possible above it.

Why I Love This Assessment

I've found that many leaders are working hard to improve, and care deeply about strengthening their leadership, but they're doing it with incomplete information.

They're making assumptions about how others experience them.

The Leadership Circle Profile replaces guesswork with meaningful feedback.

Time and time again, I've watched leaders discover strengths they didn't fully recognize and uncover patterns that were quietly getting in their way.

The result isn't judgment or blame.

It's awareness.

And awareness creates choice.

In a world where leadership challenges are becoming increasingly complex, self-awareness is one of the most valuable advantages a leader can develop.

When we understand how our leadership is experienced by others, we can stop guessing and start leading with greater intention. We communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and create the kind of impact that aligns with who we want to be.

How the Process Works

  • You'll complete a self-assessment and invite a group of colleagues to provide confidential feedback about their experience of your leadership. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete.

  • We'll review your results together and explore the patterns, themes, strengths, and opportunities revealed by the assessment.

This is often where the biggest insights emerge.

  • Together, we'll identify what matters most and create a meaningful development path that aligns with your goals, values, and leadership aspirations.

The assessment is never the end goal.

It's the beginning of a deeper conversation.

  • Leadership development isn't a one-time event. It's an ongoing practice.

I encourage clients to stay connected with the colleagues who participated in their assessment and continue seeking feedback along the way.

As you focus on shifting behaviors and trying new approaches, you'll gain valuable insight into what's changing and where further growth is possible.

Why I Chose the Leadership Circle Profile

I became accredited to deliver the Leadership Circle Profile in London in January 2026.

I had heard great things about it from other coaches and I was excited about how closely it aligns with my coaching philosophy.

To become accredited, I went through the Leadership Circle Profile assessment process myself. What I learned about the way others see me and the behavior patterns I get into under stress was invaluable. It was as if someone turned the light on in a dark room that I’d been trying to navigate on my own.

I believe meaningful growth starts with honest awareness. The Leadership Circle Profile helps leaders see themselves more clearly while providing a compassionate framework for understanding both their strengths and their growth edges.

Combined with coaching, it creates a powerful opportunity to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
