Are you ready to trade the grind and the guilt for growth?

Outgrow the Grind: A Heart Centered Women’s Circle is a group coaching program for six deeply caring, high achieving women.

A supportive and inspiring community + 1:1 coaching + powerful practices to empower you to be first on your list instead of last.

The next women’s circle begins on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.

You feel weighed down by the daily grind. And when you’re not putting someone else’s needs first, you feel guilty.

You want to tend to your own needs and grow your dreams, but with all that you’re juggling and all that’s happening in the world right now, you don’t know where to begin.

You toggle between your big ol’ To Do list and the news as you hurry yourself through another meal and you wonder if anyone else is feeling this exhausted too.

Does this sound like you?

  • At the end of the day, you’re tallying up all the things you’ve gotten wrong instead of acknowledging what you’re doing right.

  • You’re resentful when you lose sight of your own dreams and prioritize someone else’s. You’re judging them (…almost as much as you’re judging yourself).

  • You’re great at what you do at work and home — and you aren’t so great at sitting still, asking for help, or delegating. Your go-to is to figure everything out on your own (you’re a “fixer”!) and you’re starting to realize how unhealthy and unsustainable that is.

  • You’re over trying to motivate yourself with shame and guilt telling you that you can’t take care of yourself or rest until you’ve “earned” it. And, you don’t know any other way.

What if you could leave the grind and the guilt behind?

Imagine…

  • Knowing, without a doubt, that you and your needs matter.

  • Making choices that reflect what’s important to you, instead of what others need and want from you.

  • Showing up to important moments with calm presence and power.

  • Learning to inspire and motivate yourself in a gentle and kind way instead of a nasty, Drill Sergeant-who-constantly-berates-you way.

  • Stop having to pretend like things are “good enough” when you’re not really fulfilled, or that you’ve “got it” when, in truth, you’re hanging on by a very frayed and lonely little thread.

  • Feeling good about asking for help or support when you needed it. Especially when it feels “inconvenient”!

It’s absolutely possible, and I’d love to show you how.

With all that you pour into others, you absolutely deserve your own precious time, energy and attention too.

Introducing…

Outgrow the Grind:

A heart centered women’s circle.

This small, six-month coaching circle empowers you to put your needs and dreams first instead of last.

By application only and limited to six women.

The next women’s circle begins on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.

By the end of our six months together, you’ll be able to…

  • Prioritize your precious needs

  • Be more and do less

  • Set powerful boundaries without feeling guilty

  • Share more of who you really are, with confidence

  • Tap into permission, validation and guidance within you instead of chasing it externally

  • Delegate and ask for help at work and home

  • Be more kind and compassionate with yourself

  • Tend to your big dreams that scare and excite you

And, you don’t have to wait until the program is over to see results.

You’ll notice you have more energy, better boundaries, and more self-trust just a few weeks in.

Thank you for your curiosity!

The Roots of Outgrow the Grind

When I was struggling with overworking, I spent 80% of my time in reactive survival mode.

I was great at tending to the needs of others, and I didn’t think twice about how much the daily grind was costing me in terms of my time or my energy.

When it came to planting seeds in my own garden (for me, this meant starting my coaching business), I was scared, and my internal inner critics told me I was being selfish and silly to even think I had what it took to plant and grow my own dreams.

Even though I knew that I was a great coach, I was paralyzed by self-doubt.

  • There are already so many coaches!

  • What if I'm not really that good at coaching?

  • What if I can't make a living as a coach?

  • If my life isn't 100% perfect right now, do I have anything to offer?

I was so dedicated to my work that I was taking my laptop on every vacation, checking work email on my phone 24/7, and numbing out on the evenings and weekends out of pure exhaustion.

And PS, the company I worked for was all about empowering women to have more pleasure and power in their lives, isn’t it ironic?!

I was working so hard because it made me feel worthy and important and like I was contributing [on the outside], but it also made me feel miserable and lonely on the inside.
And no amount of Netflix reality show binges or fancy cocktails with friends was helping.

Sound familiar?

My life was unbalanced. I was an amazing round-the-clock groundskeeper for everyone else's vision (primarily my boss and the unavailable man I was dating back then), but I deeply longed to be Master Gardener of my own vision.

Finally, in 2019, I outgrew the grind.

I left my full-time job to become my own Master Gardener and focus my time and energy on my coaching business. (And after I stopped dating Mr. Unavailable, I met someone wonderful that I’m still with today, oh thank goodness!)

After regular watering and plenty of sunshine, my tiny seeds of transformation started to sprout.

I began to trust myself more and more. And, of course, I still encountered challenges. (Pesky garden bugs! Stormy weather!)

As a recovering people-pleaser, I felt guilty about leaving my job, and I missed being the hero at work that could quickly jump in and fix almost anything at a moment's notice. And, any knowledge about sales and marketing that I accessed so easily in my job seemed to magically disappear when I needed it for my own business.

But I kept watering my plants and turning them towards the sunshine.

And while being Master Gardener of my life hasn’t always been smooth or easy, I’ve never felt so aligned with my purpose.

And now I’m dedicated to supporting other women in their journeys to outgrow the grind of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and proving their worth by how hard they work.

I created this intimate group coaching circle to help you design a fulfilling, on-purpose life on your own terms while prioritizing yourself and investing your time and energy into what you love [without feeling guilty].

This program is for women who want to tend to their needs and grow their dreams. And who want the collective support and accountability that comes from working one-on-one with a coach while learning right alongside a small and connective circle of kind, like-hearted women. The days of trying to tackle all o’ this on your own are over.

Think of this women’s circle as a community garden with excellent growing conditions!

“These calls are like a savior for me - I get re-energized, re-motivated, and even if I’ve had a shitty day, I feel really good coming out of the zoom calls.

I like that we slow down and talk through scenarios. I feel empowered and more in control. There is always something to take away and apply to my life from the other women in the circle. When other women have the same goals and mindset, it really feels like you've got someone in your corner. You've got a fantastic program here!”

“Stacy has done an incredible job curating a safe and beautiful space for us to show up and be vulnerable, which has allowed us to realize that we’re all going through such similar things and aren't nearly as alone in it as we thought. That feels amazing. The group dynamic is lovely and the exercises have given me real tangible ways to handle various struggles when they come up for me.

My relationships feel different, my outlook on my situation and my future feels so different, I feel sooo much less internal turmoil and judgment.... it feels like everything has shifted.”

“What I enjoyed most about the program is the growth I feel. How I understand and accept myself. I’ve been surprised and delighted each time we’ve met.

Since the program started, I feel more like my authentic self, more balanced and I’ve noticed self-care is becoming more prevalent.

This shit really works!”

Your Outgrow the Grind journey is guided by

four phases of growth.

  • Phase 1: SEED

A tiny seed has everything it needs to grow into a healthy plant, flower, or tree. We’re born complete and whole too, there’s nothing that needs to be ‘fixed’ in us.

In this growth phase, you’ll remember and celebrate who you were before the world told you who you "should" be.

For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”

    — Cynthia Occelli

  • Phase 2: SPROUT

Systemic inequity, social conditioning, inner critics, and self-judgment all make it really hard to be our true selves. And because some of these forces are underground (subconscious), they can be especially hard to prune. In this growth phase, you’ll identify and unlearn what’s blocking your brilliance and practice being kind to yourself as you start to sprout new growth.

“Life does not accommodate you; it shatters you. Every seed destroys its container, or else there would be no fruition.”

    — Florida Scott-Maxwell

  • Phase 3: GROW

In this growth phase, you’ll reconnect with what you need, what matters most to you, and what brings you energy. You’ll grow past the unrelenting daily grind and the guilty feelings that come up whenever you tend to your needs. You’ll start to realize that honoring what feels right to you is not selfish, bad, or greedy. It’s a helpful way to determine what growing conditions work best for you! You’ll also reflect on what you want instead of what you “should” do in this phase.

    “Dreams grow if you grow.”

    — Zig Ziglar

  • Phase 4: BLOOM

In this phase, you’ll begin to share more of your true self with the world. And with confidence and alignment that truly feels good to you on the inside. You’ll invite others to support you and you’ll gain practices that help you choose reflecting over reacting. You’ll also identify and expand upon how your big goals will continue to bloom after the program ends.

Delight yourself and you delight the world.

Here’s what you’ll get in Outgrow the Grind.

  • Before we begin...

Your first step is to apply for the program.

After you’ve applied, I’ll set up a 20-minute call with you to make sure this program is right for you.

Before our first group coaching circle-up together, you’ll receive powerful pre-work and an individual coaching session with me. We’ll dig into the fertile soil of both your current experience and your unique vision for your growth.

  • Group Coaching Circle

We’ll meet on Zoom for our group coaching circle every two weeks (14 sessions, 90 minutes each) where you’ll learn, share and grow in a circle of five other women. In our circle, you’ll get the experience of having space held for you and of holding space for others.

The exercises and practices in each call will be guided by a distinct phase of growth (1. Seed, 2. Sprout, 3. Grow, 4. Bloom - more details on each module here).

The final call in each growth phase is dedicated to reflection + integration so you can anchor in all that you’ve learned.

  • Individual Coaching

To give you customized support throughout the program, you’ll receive four 1:1 coaching sessions with me.

Our first session will happen before we begin our group calls. You’ll decide when you’d like to schedule your remaining three coaching sessions at any time during the program.

In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll explore your unique ideal growing conditions, where you need extra support, celebrate all of the ways you’re growing, and continue to calibrate towards who you want to be as you tend to your precious needs and dreams.

  • Private Online Community

In our private online community, you’ll gain 24/7 access to connection, compassionate support, growth spurt celebration, a space to ask questions and gain vital nourishment from both me as your coach and the other five women in the circle.

And great news - it’s not on Facebook!

  • Growth Phase Workbooks

Your digital workbooks align with each phase of the four phases of your growth. They give you an opportunity for guided reflection, ample space to explore what you need and want, and a touchpoint that you can keep coming back to as the seed of your vision grows.

  • Growth Phase Playlists

Sometimes a rockin’ playlist is the absolute best way to anchor and embody your learnings!

I’ve created a playlist for each of the four growth phases to serve as your soundtrack as you grow.

Did you know that it’s been proven that music helps plants to grow happier, healthier, and faster?!

  • Unlimited Voxer Access

Allow me to be your Coach on-call as your wins, questions, and desire for individual support or accountability sprouts up organically.

Voxer is a free app that enables you to send private voice notes and texts.

I’ll respond to your voxer messages within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends.

  • BONUS: Boundary Setting Scripts

Do you ever wish you had a cheat sheet with exactly what to say when you’re setting a tricky boundary at home or work?

I’ve got you covered with an easily customizable list of what to say or write when you’re setting powerful boundaries.

This program might be for you if…

  • You're a deeply caring, high achieving woman* who has been the round-the-clock groundskeeper for other people’s dreams (your boss, your partner, your kids, your parents, all of the above, etc.) and now you're ready to become Master Gardener of your own life.

  • You know that the cycle of achieving something and then pressuring yourself to do more [and better! And faster!] may have gotten you a great-looking resume or accolades on the outside, but it cost you a lot on the inside.

  • You want to motivate and inspire yourself in a kind way that genuinely feels good to you.

  • You’re craving a sense of community with like-hearted women* who get it!

  • You're tired of the supportive check-ins, encouragement, and space-holding being a one way street where you’re constantly giving and never receiving. You want a space where you can receive support too.

  • You're ready to invest in yourself and your own growth. You’ve been feeling a pull in that direction, and you know it’s time.

  • You want to be part of a safe and uplifting community that celebrates all women: including Black women, Indigenous women, women of color, LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people, women with disabilities both seen and unseen, and women of all ages and sizes.

*I use an inclusive definition of "women" that includes all women and non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women.

“Remember there is so much more to you than what you can perform, produce, or do. There is immense value in your simply being.”

— Octavia Raheem, Author of Pause, Rest, Be

Outgrow the Grind is not for you if…

  • You want a program where you show up on the zoom calls and do nothing else. Your practice, reflection, and commitment to your growth outside of our calls is essential. You’ll decide what that look like for you.

  • You want to hide out with your camera off and be on mute during our circle ups on Zoom. This program is intentionally small and capped at only 6 participants because it’s a much richer experience with an active and engaged community who want to deepen their relationships with each other.

  • You only want to shift your thoughts or your mindset - this work intentionally incorporates your body, your spirit and your emotions.

  • You're looking for quick hacks or shortcuts. Creating and practicing new habits is an investment in yourself - just like planting seeds in a garden!

What’s the investment?

Your investment includes:

  • Small group coaching for six months so you have access to new practices and a small community of supportive women to grow with, 14 sessions every two weeks (valued at $4,200)

  • One-on-one coaching so you have individual attention on your unique growth, 4 sessions (valued at $1,600)

  • Unlimited Voxer for six months so you can access coaching and community whenever you need it (valued at $3,000)

  • 4 Workbooks: so you have a guide for learning and reflection during each phase of your growth (valued at $400)

  • 4 Spotify Playlists: so you can embody your growth with music that speaks to each of the four growth phases (valued at $100)

  • Online private community (not Facebook, yay!) so you can ask questions, get support, or celebrate a win anytime you’d like (priceless!)

  • BONUS: Boundary Setting Scripts so you can say no with ease at work or home (valued at $200)

When you add it all up, it’s a total value of $9,500.

But because I want to help you start outgrowing the grind now, your investment is in the low four figures.

And, I’m offering tiered, class-equitable pricing for this circle.

Because we all have different financial experiences and social inequities give systemic advantages to some groups over others, there are 3 different pricing tiers for this circle. Payment plans are available at every pricing tier.

I know how life-changing women’s circles can be, and it’s important to me that there are multiple access points for the women who want to join us. This equity pricing model and tiers were created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.

Please read the following criteria and use the honor system to identify which tier best reflects your financial experience, based on the ways that your social position gives you access to privilege and capital.

Tiered pricing relies on trust.

I trust you to be honest with me about your financial circumstances. Your honesty helps us to grow a more inclusive community and respects the contributions that each of us make towards our circle, and to me, as your coach and circle-holder.

There are 3 pricing tiers.

  • Tier 1: $1,800

I'd love to attend but I don't want to be forced to choose between joining this program and meeting my basic needs.

You might be in this tier if…

You have debt and it sometimes prohibits you from meeting your basic needs

You cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden

  • Tier 2: $3,300

Joining this program doesn't prevent me from meeting my basic needs, and, I may have to make some sacrifices in how I choose to spend my money.

You might be in this tier if…

You may stress about meeting your basic needs but still regularly achieve them

You may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of your basic needs

You own or lease a car

    You are employed

I have enough financial resources to pay this amount. It does not jeopardize my ability to meet my basic needs or significantly reduce my financial choices.

You might be in this tier if…

You are comfortably able to meet all of your basic* needs

You may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

** Expendable Income might mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the movies or a concert, buy new clothes, books, and similar items each month, etc.

“I love your enthusiasm. This seems to be your calling. You make people feel very comfortable, it’s really easy to be transparent with you. If it wasn’t you, I don’t know if I would've done the program.”

“You bring humor, lightness, excitement, curiosity and joy to places where things could get heavy. Even when people would share challenging things, there was empathy but also zest.”

Don’t let another year go by before you start tending to your needs and dreams.

Take a moment.

Close your eyes and picture who you want to be one year from now…

If you keep fitting your needs into the tiny slivers of time left after you’ve tended to other people’s needs, will you become the woman that you’re longing to be?

Sadly, no.

I don’t want you to look back in a year and wonder what it might’ve been like if you would’ve decided to start tending to your needs and dreams right away.

In six months, I want you to look back with pride in all the ways that you’ve grown, how you chose to honor your needs and how you’ve started to create a life that aligns with who you really are.

And, I don’t want you to have to keep forcing yourself to transform on your own.

I want you to have a community of women [who truly get it!] that cheer you on for who you are not just what you do, remind you of your unique brilliance, and support you as you grow.

The Outgrow the Grind circle has space for only six women, so if you’re feeling an inner nudge to apply, now is the time!

“Stacy is an intuitive woman who is kind and gets to the heart of things.

I was touched by her respect of me and her thoughtfulness. The sessions definitely made me realize where I was overcommitted and not wanting to be.

Stacy helped me to build momentum to make changes and to protect myself when needed."

Here’s what you’ll learn in our group circle calls.

  • Reconnect with who you were before the world told you to doubt yourself.

Remember when you were five years old and you would say “yes” and “no” with enthusiasm?

In this module, you’ll tap into your unapologetic spark and confidence again.

  • The path to fulfillment is paved with honoring and living your unique values (and when you're not, you burn out).

When you don’t know what matters most to you, it makes sense that you’d respond and react to other people’s needs and desires in place of your own.

In this module, you’ll explore what matters most to you and start to weave those values into your everyday life more.

  • We all have inner critics that hijack us to keep us safe, and it can be quite painful.

    Who are your inner critics?

    What do they say?

How do you know in your body when they start to take over?

In this module we’ll differentiate between your inner critics voice and your own voice. You’ll gain awareness about what you can do when they show up and stop blaming yourself for what they say.

  • In this module, you’ll learn how to turn the volume down on your self-judgement, guilt, and self-doubt that's blocking your brilliance.

You’ll also learn how to forgive yourself and others.

  • In this module, you’ll audit and align with what helps you feel the most alive, nourished, and inspired.

Starting with small steps at first, you’ll intentionally create a life that reflects your needs, values and big dreams.

Gone are the days of investing your time and energy in lots of competing directions that don’t even reflect you or what you want!

  • In this module, you’ll learn how to honor your true, internal yesses and no’s more than your need for external validation or approval.

You’ll also look at the ways you may be crossing your own boundaries and how you can course-correct.

You will learn how to grow beyond automatically saying yes to everything, people-pleasing tendencies, and the exhaustion that comes with having no boundaries.

The fence around a garden serves a very functional [and sacred] purpose!

  • In this module, you’ll create and customize spacious, expansive, nourishing practices that you can turn to regardless of what's going on in your life or the world.

You’ll learn how to be more reflective and less reactive and gain new tools that you can put to good use in particularly tender or tricky moments.

  • In this module, you’ll learn and practice how to deeply love yourself for who you are and not just what you do.

Knowing how to include and appreciate all of who you are builds your confidence from the inside out.

It also helps you extend that same unconditional love and compassion out to others and to the world.

We’ll talk about your unique version of heart-centered leadership, you’ll invite others to support you, and you’ll identify and expand upon how you'll continue to bloom after the program ends.

“I learned to choose what I want for my life versus what’s expected of me and the impact of realizing that has been huge.

My confidence now emanates from within. It’s wonderful to be recognized for not only doing a great job but also for showing up and bringing my whole self to work.

In the past, client visits or a meeting with my peers would shake me to my core and make me doubt who I am and what I’m doing. This time, it was the complete opposite of that.”

  • We’ll begin each call with a practice to let go of distractions, fully arrive together, and get centered.

Then we’ll start with a check-in question so we can hear from you and your circle-mates.

After that, we’ll dive into an exercise together.

Then we’ll get into sharing and reflection about what you’re learning. You may be invited to share with the full group or you might share in a smaller breakout group with 1-2 other women. Here you’ll have the chance to be witnessed without judgment.

Before we say goodbye, I’ll share your at-home exercises for you to dig into before our next session.

There will be time to ask questions, and then we’ll close our circle with a completion round of shares from everyone.

  • I’ve put together a curated collection of exercises pulling from many favorite resources. The three main sources of our circle exercises come from my coach training and certification with Co-Active Training Institute, my training and mentorship with Shirzad Chamine, the creator of Positive Intelligence, and my training as a licensed Heart Centered Facilitator with Danielle LaPorte, Inc.

And, there are many books, videos, meditations, poems, and additional sources of insight and inspiration from that I’ll share with you along the way.

Content topics that we’ll dig into during the four growth phases include: burnout, self-compassion, boundaries, trauma-informed healing, embodiment, radical self-love, and more.

I’ve learned sooooo many powerful and transformative exercises that have supported my own growth. I can’t wait to share my favorite exercises with you!

  • It’s up to you!

Plan to spend 2-3 hours a week on the weeks that we have our group coaching calls and 1-2 hours a week on the weeks that we don’t meet.

After a couple of weeks, you’ll find your own rhythm of how much time you want to engage with your playlists, workbook, journal, or with your circlemates in the online community.

Some clients love to block off their mornings for reflection time, while others block our group meeting time even on the weeks that we don’t meet to dive deeper into the program.

Consider everything beyond the group and 1:1 coaching calls a buffet to sample from for a full six months, where you can decide what tastes best to you and leave the rest.

  • Because this program is a six-month container for only six participants, our chemistry and alignment as a group is very important.

We want our circle to feel connective, courageous, and safe.

Each of you are an important part of each other’s growing conditions!

    2. I’ll reach out to you to schedule a 20-minute fit conversation where we’ll get to know each other better and we can both make sure the growing conditions in this circle are right for you.

  • That’s a good question that I’ve thought a lot about.

In order to change old habits and patterns, we need to not only learn new tools and practices, we also need time to integrate what we’re learning into our daily lives.

My hunch is that you’re really good at rushing and multi-tasking and juggling too many things all at once.

    Is it true?

To me, true + sustainable growth requires time, consistency, spaciousness and commitment.

In an 8-week or 3-month program, you’d certainly be able to start making progress before the program ends.

But I want you to have more than just a kickstart.

Plus, we’re building a community with each other, and that too is an investment over time.

No quick hacks or shortcuts here, my friend.

  • Yes you will, in three ways.

    1. Our twice-monthly group coaching calls. When designing this program, I capped it at six participants so I could give you more attention and support both in and outside of our group calls.

    2. You’ll receive four individual coaching sessions with me (the first before the program begins and the remaining three whenever you’d like!)

    3. You have unlimited access to me on voxer (it’s a free voice note app!) where we can connect whenever you’d like. I’ll respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends.

  • This is a great question to bring to your application and your alignment call with me.

Maybe you’d never call yourself a “deeply caring high achiever” because you’d use different words, or maybe you don’t quite identify with the unique challenges that this circle was created to address.

Don’t worry, we’ll figure it out together.

And if this circle isn’t quite a fit, we can explore alternative ways for you to try some of the exercises and practices that you’re curious about.

Hi friends,

Thank you for your curiosity about Outgrow the Grind: A Heart Centered Women’s Circle. The first seeds of this program were planted in early 2020, right before the global pandemic changed all of our lives.

I had seen many programs for women that were either massive in size (where deeply caring, high achievers could easily hide by supporting other students) or… individual coaching at a price that’s out of reach.

I dreamed of creating a small group circle [where everyone knew each other, no name tags necessary!] that gave women access to a connective and intimate space to learn and grow together. I also wanted to make sure participants had 1:1 support when they needed it already baked into the program, not as an extra add-on that could be skipped.

This program invites deeply caring, high-achieving women like you to show up for yourself [perhaps at a level you’ve never ever done before]. It makes sense that you might feel nervous about tending to your own needs. I sure did when I invested in my first personal growth course nine years ago.

You ARE worthy of investing your time, energy, attention, and money in yourself.

Our circle will give you community + practices + support. The pressure that we should figure everything out on our own is a painful myth. And, it isn’t nearly as fun as growing alongside a small group of wonderful women!

I hope you’ll join us and choose growth and permission over the grind and the guilt.

With love,

Stacy
