When I got back from my Key West vacation this week and I felt this big wave of guilt wash over me, I had a major aha moment! ✨

The voice of the grind and the guilt are very distinct from the voice of 🌱 GROWTH.

And I'm certain that you have some genuinely good reasons, like...

• I don't have time.

• I don't want to invest good money in yet ANOTHER program that I'm not sure will work for me.

• A six month program is too big of a commitment for me, especially over the summer!

• I'm nervous about too much change all at once.
