Nurture U: A Seasonal Retreat Series
A spacious, seasonal pause to slow down, listen inward, and choose how you want to live your next chapter.
Life moves fast. Calendars fill up. The doing takes over.
Even when things are “good,” it’s easy to lose touch with what actually makes you feel alive, grounded, and free.
Nurture U: A Seasonal Retreat Series is an invitation to step out of momentum and into intention.
Held on the equinoxes and solstices, these virtual retreats create space for you to reflect, recalibrate, and gently ask:
What’s really working right now?
What’s draining me?
What do I want more (or less) of in the coming season?
Who and how do I want to be with myself, my relationships, and my work over the next 12 weeks?
What These Retreats Offer
Each seasonal retreat is a live, three-hour facilitated virtual gathering designed to give you the gift of your own uninterrupted time, space, and attention (something many of us rarely allow ourselves!).
Together, we slow down enough to look out over the balcony of our lives and notice our patterns, choices, and possibilities that often get lost in the day-to-day.
You’ll be gently and joyfully guided through:
Nervous system regulation to help you settle and arrive
Quiet reflection, journaling, and moments of silence
Gentle prompts that help you reconnect with your values and needs
Spacious conversation and connection (without pressure or performance)
Time to step away, make tea, move your body, or rest your eyes
Rather than trying to fix everything, we focus on what truly matters to you right now, often one to three core values or touchstones that, when honored, make your life feel more aligned and alive.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
You just need to arrive as you are.
A Different Way of Reflecting
These retreats invite a wider lens.
You’ll explore not just what you’re doing, but how you’re relating to your time, your phone, your work, the world, and yourself. You may notice:
Where you feel free, energized, or connected
Where you feel constrained, tired, or disconnected
Where saying no might create more space
Where new experiences, perspectives, or rhythms could expand your sense of possibility
Sometimes growth comes not from pushing harder, but from expanding the edges of your map and allowing yourself to imagine and experience life a little differently.
What You’ll Take With You
By the end of each retreat, you’ll leave with:
Greater clarity about what matters most right now
A felt sense of steadiness and grounding
Insight into what you want to say yes to, and what you may want to let go of
A gentle, more intentional way of relating to the next 12 weeks
A deeper connection to yourself and your values
Some people leave with clear intentions.
Some leave with a single powerful insight.
Some leave simply more rested.
All of it is welcome.
